Seminars include hands on coaching, unique lectures, demonstrations in a group setting, video analysis, max out sessions, and Q&A all coached by Jon North.
Time: 1-Day (9am - 6pm)
1 hour Lunch Break each day

Prepare : Dress and bring appropriate shoes for Weightlifting; Bring desired gear for Weightlifting (belt, tape, etc.); Be prepared to pack or buy lunch; Recommended to bring water, snacks, coffee, etc. if desired.
